That's one amaaaazing Japanese video game commercial. For reals. Here's a trailer that shows some of the gameplay footage.
Lotsa bugs. Lotsa running around and killing giant bugs with lazer guns and stuff. EDF 2017 was one of the most popular games for XBOX Live in Japan, and this game will give Vita owners (all three of you) a reason to shoot some crazy bugs.
EDF 3 Portable looks like a crazy fun game. I still say that if there were more games released for the PSVita, it would tempt me to buy one, but there aren't. I just hope more games come over from Japan. There's a serious lack of good games on portable systems that make it over the the US. Looking at what's available there, and what gets released here is depressing. SONY better get their act together and save the Vita, because it isn't selling at all. Lower the price. Bundle games and memory cards. You have to do something to sell them, because it isn't working.

after watching the game play trailers... I really want to play this game. I love games with freaking huge enemies.
